Jara & James met each other at the end of their senior year of High School at a Jack & Jill teen conference while waiting for the elevator.
James was star-struck because he thought Jara was the prettiest woman he had ever seen and quickly introduced himself. Though their love story didn’t start, their seed was for sure planted.
Jara went on to attend Brown University while James attended Howard University. During their time in college James would always try and invite Jara via Facebook or text message to parties he was hosting. She never attended those parties, but she always replied to him, leaving the window of communication open.
After Jara & James both graduated and were starting their professional lives, Jara informed James (after he randomly texted her to invite her to some party he was hosting of-course) that she would be in DC for a month working at the Howard University Hospital...
